Refund policy - dance floor decals

At Peak Studio, I take pride in providing top-quality dance floor decal installation services to my valued customers. I want to ensure your satisfaction with my products and services. However, I understand that circumstances may arise where you might need to cancel or reschedule your order. To address these situations, I have formulated the following refund policy:

Deposits are 50% of the total invoice. Deposits are not refundable.

  1. Full Refund (100%) for Cancellations Made 14 Days Before Installation Date:

    If you decide to cancel your dance floor decal installation order at least 14 days before the scheduled installation date, you are eligible for a full refund. I will process the refund promptly, and the full amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  2. 50% Refund for Cancellations Made 7 Days Before Installation Date:

    For cancellations made between 7 days and 14 days before the scheduled installation date, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total order amount. The remaining 50% will be retained to cover any costs incurred in preparing for your installation and reserving the required materials.

  3. No Refund for Cancellations Made Within 3 Days of Installation Date:

    Unfortunately, if you cancel your order within 3 days of the scheduled installation date, I won't be able to provide a refund. This is due to the extensive preparations and resources required to ensure the successful completion of your installation.

Change of Installation Date:

If you wish to reschedule your installation date, I will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. However, any rescheduling requests may be subject to an additional fee to cover the costs associated with the last-minute changes.

To request a refund or reschedule your installation date, please contact my customer support team by phone at 0411 350 369 or by email at hello@peakstudio.com.au. When contacting me, please provide your order details and the reason for your request.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of your cancellation request, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's policies.
